The Living Room incorporates several lighting design elements. By incorporating recessed lighting fixtures which allow the internal lamps to articulate up to a 45 degree angle and swivel a full 360 degrees, we were able to accentuate the large format artwork and some of the architectural details. In addition, this room serves as home to our holiday Christmas tree, which the ornamental lighting plugs into a receptacle that is automated via the Lutron Homeworks whole home lighting control system. This dusk to 10pm holiday lighting scene is carried throughout the homes exterior with specialized receptacles for additional exterior holiday lighting.

 

The Dining Room features several lighting techniques which provide ambiance and task lighting at the touch of a button through predetermined lighting scenes. In-wall speakers coupled with the Net Streams DigiLinx KeyLinX keypad provide articulate and balanced music for any occasion.
