Annunciating your arrival is simple. Press the doorbell and the NetStreams DigilinX systems jumps into action. All areas of the home which are playing music are briefly muted allowing the whole home DigilinX system to play a short custom audio clip to announce your arrival. A few seconds later the music returns to the previously active locations.

 

Embedded within the doorbell is a small camera to view arrivals on any TV and a voice communication system allowing any home phone to communicate with the doorbell station. Want to know who stopped by while away; just check the camera system digital video recorder on your PC or I-Phone. 

 

Come on in! The Foyer serves as a place to welcome visitors and showcase several lighting techniques. The Art Glass chandelier is illuminated from above with (4) museum projector lighting fixtures. The second floor oval is illuminated with a custom built cold cathode fluorescent fixture. CCFL is fabricated just like neon so any shape is possible. The fluorescent element allows any color light to be emitted and provides a robust amount of indirect lighting to the entire Foyer area.
