As we engage, we review your personal requirements, the allocated space and the proposed budgetary limitations. From this initial meeting we can ascertain a preliminary layout to present our initial concepts and discuss some of the associated challenges.

Once the refined preliminary plan is accepted and we are commissioned to proceed, we develop a comprehensive set of finished drawings for the theater floor, ceiling, elevations, sight lines, detailed trim work, lighting plan, electrical/plumbing requirements and A/V component selections. The design and engineering which produces these working drawings transforms ideology into reality while forecasting the required expenditures.

As your theater’s lead orchestrator, we review and approve all material selections with you. We will procure and deliver accessories such as acoustical treatments, seating, lighting fixtures, fabrics, carpets, appliances, specialty woodworking, marquee signs, motorized drapery, etc. and have them shipped directly to your project location. In many instances, we are requested to become the lead contractor thus managing the selection of various subcontractors to ensure the overall projects success.
